Our burgers are made using Cornish meat, naturally reared, free range and cooked on a chargrill. All the produce we use is fresh, seasonal and, as far as possible, locally sourced. We recycle all that we can, use Ecover cleaning products, 100% green electricity and our furniture is made from reclaimed materials.
